Tamale Pot Pie

  Ingredients 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef 1 box (9 oz) frozen corn, thawed, drained 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained 1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained 2 tablespoons Original Bisquick™ mix 1 tablespoon chili powder 2 teaspoons ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix 1/2 cup cornmeal 1/2 cup milk 1 egg Steps 1  Heat oven to 400°F. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in corn, tomatoes, olives, 2 tablespoons Bisquick mix, the chili powder, cumin and salt. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently; boil and stir 1 minute. Keep warm over low heat. 2  In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour beef mixture into ungreased 9-inch square pan. Spread cornmeal mixture over beef mixture. 3  Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until crust is light brown.

Easy Sloppy Joe Pot Pie

  Ingredients 1 pound lean ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup) 1 can (15 1/2 ounces) original sloppy joe sauce 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces) 1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix 1/2 cup milk 1 egg Steps 1  Heat oven to 400°F. Cook beef and onion in ovenproof 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in sloppy joe sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. 2  Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture. 3  Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Enchilada Sloppy Joe Pot Pie

  Ingredients 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef 1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles 1 can (10 oz) Old El Paso™ Enchilada Sauce Mild 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz) 1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix 1/2 cup milk 1 egg Steps 1  Heat oven to 400°F. 2  In 10-inch ovenproof skillet, brown beef over medium heat, crumbling as it cooks; drain fat. Stir in chiles and enchilada sauce. Top with cheese. 3  In small bowl, stir Bisquick™ mix, milk and egg with fork until combined. Pour mixture over cheese. 4  Bake about 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Roast Beef Pot Pie

  Ingredients 1 cup cubed cooked roast beef 1 jar (12 oz) beef gravy 1 bag (12 oz) frozen mixed vegetables 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt 1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix 3/4 cup milk Steps 1  Heat oven to 400°F. In 3-quart saucepan, heat beef, gravy, frozen vegetables and seasoned salt to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Spread in ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole. 2  In small bowl, stir together Bisquick mix and milk until well blended. Pour evenly over beef mixture. 3  Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until light brown.

Easy Hamburger Pot Pie

  Ingredients 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon pepper 1 bag (12 oz) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed tomato soup 1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix 1/2 cup milk 1 egg 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (2 ounces) Steps 1  Heat oven to 375°F. In 12-inch skillet, cook beef, onion powder, salt and pepper over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain. 2  Stir vegetables and soup into beef; heat to boiling. Spoon into ungreased 2-quart casserole. 3  In small bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, and egg with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour over hot beef mixture. 4  Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Top with cheese. Bake 3 to 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
